I will post the solution here once this is solved. I have a problem finding a service center in Chennai, India too. I have tried swapping DVD drives, memory (it has Corsair XMS 3 DDR3 1600 MHz 2 GB RAM), PSU and hard disks but the problem persists. Earlier it would boot even to the problematic hard disk but now it will not boot to the DVD ROM or an external flash drive though the system recognizes all these devices. I can access the BIOS and all the devices attached are visible but instead of booting the system keeps restarting just after POST. The motherboard will never boot up to any device. I now tried to connect the new disk, a 500 GB Toshiba and it was now that the problem began. Speccy now displayed the temperature as 35 degrees. I immediately replaced the CPU cooler with a Deepcool cooler. Speccy then revealed that my CPU was running at 65 Degrees C.
So I first replaced the PSU with a new Corsair CX 430 PSU. I bought a new disk but before I could install it the Cooler Master PSU blew up. It all started with a hard disk SMART error. I have had this motherboard in my custom built system since 2010 without any problem until now.
